FULLY OPERATIONAL:
- CHEMSEX ONE TO ONE SUPPORTwith one of our chemsex specialist advisors, for those who want to STOP / CUT DOWN / TAKE CONTROL BACK and need structured support. We use Zoom or similar video-call software.
- PSYCHOSEXUAL AND RELATIONSHIP THERAPY After care program for those who got support to take control back, to address psychosexual issues with an Honorary (trainee) Psychosexual and Relationship therapist. Some of the areas covered by PRT are rapid/delayed ejaculation, anorgasmia, erectile dysfunction, painful sex, inhibited desire, general sexual dissatisfaction, sexual trauma or relationship/intimacy issues.
- CHEMSEX SUPPORT ON GRINDR AND SCRUFF FULLY OPERATING AND PERMANENTLY PRESENT IN LONDON. WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY IN ORDER TO TO REACH WIDER AREAS
- CHEMSEX PEER MENTORING PROGRAMME After care program, next step after getting professional one to one support. Provided by volunteers who experienced problems with chemsex in the past, and who are offering hope and strength on a one to one basis to help to take the control back. Because they have also been there, and they understand
- SUPPORT FOR LOVED ONES OF CHEMS USERS: We help them to understand this reality and what are their options regarding how to deal with this situation, and how to support their loved ones more effectively.
- CREATION AND PROMOTION OF A PLATFORM WITH ACCURATE AND RELIABLE CHEMSEX INFORMATION AND TIPS/ADVICE MANY OF THEM MOSTLY UNAVAILABLE ELSEWHERE AT THE MOMENT, OR VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND.
- CHEMSEX EMAIL SUPPORT PROGRAMME For those who need daily support, those who are on a waiting list but they need help now, for those who need to make sure that they won't use chems in particular challenging circumstances, etc.
- TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS: Controlling Chemsex provides a range of training to support professionals who encounter individuals suffering through Chemsex addiction. Our unique and specialised training can help staff at all levels understand the devastating effects of Chemsex, how best to help your patients and/or service-users manage the addiction and it imparts years of wisdom from the Controlling Chemsex team.
- CHEMSEX SELF-ASSESSMENT To explore the impact that Chemsex is having on your life: You can have to two different versions:

- LONG VERSION: For those who want to explore their situation more deeply
- PODCASTS AND RECOMMENDED READINGSFor those who want to learn and understand more about themselves, and in many cases, about what may be connected to their chems use.
- GLOBAL CHEMSEX TOOLBOX COURSE ONLINE An 8-week virtual workshop for those who want to learn some skills and have some tools to take the control back over your Chems use, exploring ways to get over the biggest obstacles that they always find.
