With over 20 years of management experience and dual master's degrees, MBA and MPA, I bring both professional expertise and a deeply personal understanding to my work in chemsex recovery. My own recovery journey is the foundation of everything I do. It fuels my passion for meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment.

I specialize in one on one coaching and group facilitation through Recovery Alchemy, and I serve as the Operations Manager at Savage Sisters Recovery, a Philadelphia based harm reduction nonprofit. I am also an active leader in Crystal Meth Anonymous and a Certified Recovery Specialist. I am proud to be part of the Controlling Chemsex team, where I collaborate with others committed to supporting people navigating the complexities of chemsex with honesty, care, and compassion.
