My name is Yu, and I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist in training of the London Diploma of Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and registered with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

I am very happy to be part of the CONTROLLING CHEMSEX team where believe in compassion and support, and help people with different gender, age, ethnicity, religion, culture, sexuality, or background. Prior to psychotherapy work, I had over 20 years’ service in multi-national companies, have been in the role of Country HR Head, Executive Coaching and consultancy.

I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space to explore your problems and help you work towards feeling happier. I identify as a straight woman but have many personal and professional relationships with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I value compassion, respect and partnership in relationship dynamics when working with clients. Have lived in China, UK, US, and travelled extensively, aware and appreciate cultural diversities.
