I am a trainee psychosexual and relationship therapist, currently completing my studies on the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and registered with COSRT. I have also completed my Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy skills at LFCCP.

I practice in an integrative way with tools that work with your neurobiology, your emotions and your past trauma that can create lasting positive change to your experience of life. I combine these with the essential qualities of empathy and trust to provide warm, approachable, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. 

I was born and raised in London which exposed me to many different people and groups throughout my life. I have been sober for eight years and I know about the transition to finding 'sustainable pleasures' in life. I teach workshops in Submission and Domination and am kink positive
